A weekly show that showcases the areas top talent as they go head to head in competition with the winner moving on each week to a final showcase. “GIMME The MIC “ gives St Louis’ top artist from any genre of music what they need most, an opportunity to shine. Who’ll be the next top star out of St. Louis? Watch as the areas best step up and say

ARE YOU READY FOR THE STAGE?
For the next several weeks, our hosts, Mocha Latte, BJ the DJ and Taynka Mimi will hit the streets and music scenes in the St. Louis area in search of the top 32 individuals to compete to on the show. Online viewers will help us judge this amazing talent. So, if you have skills in performing music in R&B, pop, gospel, rap, country or neo soul, we want to hand you the mic!
If you want to make sure we don't miss you and your dynamic voice, you can send us a video of you performing.
* At least a one-minute performance
* Original music or cover song
* Must sign a release form
* Must provide: Full-name, address, contact number, email address and song you performed
* Video must:
Have a slate: state your name and song you are performing
Be recorded vertically
Have good audio

This weekend (March 26th) we’ll hit the streets around the Blue Strawberry, Prime 55 and City Foundry to start finding talent.
Starting March 27th at 6pm, watch the AH! TV network to see the performances and find out what the hosts think.
On Saturday, May 7th at 6pm, the selected 32 performers will start taking the stage for the competition.
