This game-changing show has been built off of JJK’s desire to meet extraordinary student-athletes who are striving not only in their chosen sports but in their personal lives as well. As these young athletes share their personal stories of triumph, JJK hopes to inspire viewers who may be facing their own obstacles in life. 

Each week, Olympic gold medalist Jackie Joyner-Kersee will meet up with exceptional student-athletes in the St. Louis metropolitan area and talk about their outstanding sports careers. She’ll also dive into their life experiences outside of the gym, off the field, or off the court that have challenged them like never before. 

Mental health is something that we have to address on this platform because it is taking lives. JJK will get a real sense of how these student-athletes work hard to compete at the highest level and the mental and physical strength they must have. Viewers will become a part of these young adult lives as they share the peaks and valleys that they’ve had to get through to be winning in life.
